Shipping and Manufacturing Policy

At bikeBearingKits we are committed to offering a fast, secure and transparent shipping service for all our bearing kits and components. This policy details our manufacturing times, shipping methods, costs and tracking procedures.

1. Manufacturing times (for store items)

Most bearing kits in our store are prepared and packaged on the same day as the order. Preparation time can vary from 1 hour to 12 hours, depending on the complexity of the kit and the volume of the order.

For custom kit design services and custom bearing manufacturing, design and production time is agreed individually, as it depends on the complexity of the specifications and the quantity requested.

2. Shipping costs (European Union)

We apply a simple and transparent policy for all shipments within the European Union:

  • Orders under €30: €3.99
  • Orders from €30: free shipping
  • The rule applies to all European Union countries.
  • You will see the exact amount at checkout before paying.

4. Shipping costs (summary)

For shipments within the European Union we apply €3.99 for orders below €30and free shipping from €30. We do not use tables or hidden surcharges.

The amount will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Important note: Orders destined outside the EU are shipped without VAT; customs duties/IGI are paid by the recipient at destination.

5. Shipment tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to the carrier's website.
  • You can also find tracking in your user account under "My Orders".

6. Uncovered areas and restrictions

  • We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories or post office boxes.
  • If your country does not appear in the checkout list, contact us to study your case.

7. Delivery responsibility

  • All shipments travel with basic insurance included.
  • If you receive a damaged package, reject it or indicate it on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours to manage the incident.
